Description
The ECCO 585 is a compact 97 dB(A) tonal back-up alarm from ECCO’s 500 Series, its most compact and popular line of reversing alarms. It provides a cost-effective, SAE-certified reversing warning for utes, trucks, forklifts and machinery, with ECCO quality and reliability.
A glass-filled nylon housing with epoxy-encapsulated electronics gives exceptional durability and protection against moisture, dust and vibration, and the self-resonating circuitry produces a strong, consistent tone. The wide 12–48 VDC input suits most vehicles and battery-electric equipment, while drawing only 0.1 A.
The compact size and universal mounting bracket maximise location options, and the alarm is self-grounding with 8-32 stud terminal connections. It is approved to SAE J994 Type C, CE, ECE R10, UL and AMECA, and ECCO backs it with a 2-year warranty.
