Description
The Trumeter Advanced Panel Meter (APM) Volt Meter is a high-accuracy AC/DC voltage meter for panel-mount installation, automatically detecting AC or DC input and displaying the reading on a bright 40-segment bar graph plus four 12mm digits in a DIN 96×96mm enclosure.
Voltage range covers 5V direct input up to 600V AC/DC via external voltage transformer or divider, with 1% accuracy across the full range. Sixteen preset configurations and 20-point non-linearization allow the meter to be matched to almost any voltage sensing arrangement without custom firmware, and free APM configuration software over USB makes setup fast.
This variant uses a positive (light-background) LCD, optimised for readability in bright ambient light or direct sunlight. The colour-changing backlight can be programmed to alert operators when a monitored value is too high or too low, reducing the risk of equipment failure and improving efficiency. Free APM configuration software allows full customisation of scale and range, with 16 preset configurations selectable via back-panel switches and 20-point non-linearisation scaling for non-linear sensors. It is fitted with two configurable outputs (digital open collector or analog 4–20mA), supporting up to 10 independent alarm setpoints with a configurable digital output delay (0.5–120 seconds). Optional Modbus RTU communication and remote monitoring via Trumeter Cloud and the APM Gateway are also supported, making it easy to fold this meter into a wider monitoring or alarm system.
