Description
The Trumeter 3900 Series is a base-mounted length measurer built for fabric, carpet and textiles up to 24mm thick. Material passes between a measuring roller and a spring-loaded pressure roller, and the movement of the material itself drives the count – so it handles pile up, pile down, or no pile at all without adjustment.
An integrated brake stops the roller over-spinning as the end of a piece runs through, which is where a plain roller measurer loses accuracy and adds phantom metres to every cut.
Typical applications are fabric and carpet retail cutting, textile production, upholstery and flooring. It is built to order: choose the units and the direction of travel to suit the bench.
