All returns must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in some cases upon review a period of 14 days may be applicable. Contact details, and receipt must be sent with all returned items.
All returned items must be in original & resalable condition to receive refund. Refund will be given once the item/s have been inspected and approved.
If an incorrect item has been delivered and/or purchased due to incorrect information provided by ALNA, return shipping costs are at ALNA’s expense.
If an item is purchased incorrectly or a buyers error, all shipping return costs are to be paid by the buyer.
The warranty period on all items commences from the date of purchase.
All claims for warranty must be made within the relevant warranty period, Buyer must return the product to ALNA for inspection, buyer is responsible for all warranty claim shipping costs (including the sending of a new item). Items that are sent back for a claim must be accompanied with reason for return, contact details & copy of receipt as proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in delayed exchanges.
The warranty does not apply to failure or damage to the unit caused by incorrect or faulty fitment, contamination by foreign materials, any modifications made to the item by anyone, any abuse or misuse of our products will result in warranty rejection.
All items that are returned for warranty will be inspected and tested then passed at the discretion of ALNA, warranted items are strictly exchange only, (a refund will not be given). In no case shall ALNA be responsible for any sequential costs including removal and re-fitment costs of the item.
ALNA uses Australia Post on almost all items, in some cases another method may be used, the customer will be provided with this information in this case.
All items are sent out in a timely manner, if there is a delay after an order is shipped this is not the responsibility of ALNA, however we will always help with tracking issues of orders.
