Description
The Trumeter 2300-11MCG is a rugged length measuring unit for continuous manufacturing processes – calenders, tenters, rolling, ribbon winding and textile machinery – anywhere an accurate record of length is needed as material runs past a fixed point.
The 2300 bolts directly onto a bulkhead or frame member. The integral hinge lets the unit sit at any angle, so it can be set to rest properly on the material whatever the line geometry. It incorporates the Trumeter 3602 counter and measuring wheels, reading metres and centimetres on a six digit display with 6.4mm figures.
This is the top going (material running away from the operator) version. Typical applications include textile production, ribbon and tape manufacturing, paper and calender work, plastic film and packaging, metal processing, carpet, flooring and Astroturf production, non-woven fabrics, rubber and conveyor belt manufacturing, and glass and fibreglass production.
