Description
The Trumeter 3602-001TC is a six digit mechanical totalising counter that counts revolutions of a drive shaft on production machinery, length measuring rigs and process equipment. Geared 1:1, it registers one count for every revolution of the shaft, and the display is set up for top coming (shaft top rotating towards the operator).
It is built for continuous duty at speed: the main shaft runs in double bronze bearings that are oil impregnated for life, and the counter will take 3000 RPM all day. Typical applications include cable, wire, hose and textile length measurement, packaging and converting lines, winding and spooling equipment, and machine cycle counting.
The counter is supplied with a double drive and wing bush, and the reset lever is customer configurable – the lever can be mounted on either side of the counter to suit the machine. Nothing needs powering: the movement is entirely mechanical.
