Description
The Trumeter 3602-021610-611A is a six digit mechanical totalising counter that counts revolutions of a drive shaft on production machinery, length measuring rigs and process equipment. Geared 4:1, it registers one metre for every four revolutions of the shaft, and it is supplied with the drive gear fitted – this is the counter used on the Trumeter 2630 cable and wire rope length measurer, and it can be ordered as a replacement part for that machine.
It is built for continuous duty at speed: the main shaft runs in double bronze bearings that are oil impregnated for life, and the counter will take 3000 RPM all day. Typical applications include cable, wire, hose and textile length measurement, packaging and converting lines, winding and spooling equipment, and machine cycle counting.
The counter is supplied with a double drive and wing bush, and the reset lever is customer configurable – on this configuration the lever mounts on the left side. Nothing needs powering: the movement is entirely mechanical.
