Description
These LV Automotive cable tie mounts are 28 x 28 mm square, moulded from white nylon 6/6 and supplied in a pack of 100. They give a cable tie a fixed anchor point, so wiring looms, hoses and cables can be held neatly against a panel, bulkhead, firewall or frame instead of hanging loose.
Each mount has a raised centre with a cross-shaped channel that a cable tie threads through in either direction, plus a centre hole and two side holes for screw fixing. Fix the mount, pass a cable tie through the channel, wrap it around the bundle and pull it tight.
The 28 x 28 mm size suits cable ties up to 5.5 mm wide. Nylon 6/6 is tough and stable, and the mounts are rated for -40°C to 85°C with a UL 94V-2 flammability rating, so they suit vehicle, trailer, marine and machinery wiring. White mounts blend in on light-coloured panels and enclosures.
