Choosing a pressure switch
Single or dual circuit
A single circuit switch makes or breaks one circuit at its set pressure. A dual circuit switch has two contacts, for example a warning light and a shutdown at once.
Setting
Choose the switch whose adjustable range covers the pressure you need. Each title lists the factory setting and the adjustment range.
Thread
Check the thread on your port. The NPT thread adaptor fits a 1/8 NPT switch into a 1/4 NPT port.
