Description
The ECCO 7660A is an amber LED hybrid rotating beacon from ECCO’s 7660 RotoLED™ Series. It combines the efficiency and long life of LEDs with the unmistakable sweep of a true rotator: eight high-intensity 3-watt LEDs and a TIR optic project light onto a 45° reflector that is spun by a quiet brushless magnetic drive, so there are no gears, brushes or bulbs to wear out.
The result is a bright, SAE J845 Class I amber warning signal with a choice of two rotation speeds, 75 or 125 flashes per minute, selected by how the speed-control wire is connected. The 7660A runs on 12–24 VDC with a low 2.1 A maximum draw, and its UV hard-coated lens resists cracking, hazing, abrasion and fading. The base is designed to dissipate heat from the LEDs for an extended, service-free life.
The 7660A uses a universal 3-bolt flange pattern for permanent mounting on cab roofs, headboards and equipment, and can be pipe-mounted with the optional A7660PF 1″ NPT flange kit. It is EMC certified to CISPR 25 level 3 for radiated emissions, meets the requirements of Heavy Vehicle Regulation 2013 No.77 and is backed by ECCO’s 5-year warranty.
