Description
The ECCO R5800B is a replacement drive belt for ECCO 5800 Series halogen rotating beacons and EB7800 Series LED rotating beacons. The belt turns the beacon’s reflector, and replacing a worn, stretched or broken belt restores smooth, quiet rotation and the correct flash rate.
The belt is changed by removing the twist-on lens, so a beacon can be returned to service quickly without removing it from the vehicle. Fitting a fresh belt is far cheaper than replacing the whole beacon and keeps fleet vehicles compliant.
Keep an R5800B belt in the service kit alongside an R5810LA lens for 5800 and EB7800 Series beacons.
