    Create or log into an existing account using the human icon in the top right corner of the menu, from here you can edit or provide all information related to the account. For any further questions contact us.

    How do I track my order?

    All orders are provided with a tracking number tracking link. Most orders are sent out via Australia Post but in some cases not, in that case you will be notified and corresponding tracking number will be provided.

    Item/Order is a Special Order?

    If an item is listed as ‘Special Order’ usually you can expect 2-3 weeks before item is sent, however before placing special order’s we advice you contact us.

    If an order is already placed you will be notified of expected delivery date, if there are any changes to the expected date we will notify you.

    If price is not listed on the product you will need to ask for a quotation.

    Dispatch Times

    Dispatch times are usually 1 day unless another dispatch time is shown on product a product listing.

    Return Policy

    If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with a purchase, return the goods within 30 days for a full refund. Goods returned must have an original proof of purchase and be in ‘as sold’ condition.
