Description
LV Automotive braided expandable sleeving is a tough, flexible way to protect and tidy wiring looms, hoses and cable runs. This 9mm size is woven from black PET monofilament in an open braid that expands up to 15.9 mm in diameter, so it slides easily over connectors and bundles, then relaxes back to a snug fit.
It comes as a 100 m spool, ideal for workshops, auto electricians and loom builders who go through sleeving in volume. The braid resists abrasion, flexes with movement and lets heat escape, giving a professional, factory-style finish to engine bay, trailer and dash wiring.
The PET material has a melting point of 250°C ±5°C and an operating range of -50°C to +150°C, and it is fire retardant with a UL94V rating. Cut it with a hot knife to seal the ends and stop fraying, then finish the ends with heat shrink for the neatest result.
