Description
The Ionnic BMS-06, BMS-08 and BMS-16 are compact single-pole battery master switches with the familiar red removable key and a tethered dust cover. All three are rated 100A continuous and 500A intermittent for 12 and 24 volt systems, with copper contacts in a corrosion-resistant Polymer PA6 body.
The BMS-06 is the standard version with M8 studs and an IP43 rating. The BMS-08 adds a sealing cap and M10 studs for IP53 protection. The BMS-16 has M10 studs plus normally-open and normally-closed auxiliary contacts rated 5A, which can drive an indicator lamp, alarm or controller input when the battery is isolated.
All three panel-mount through a Ø 22mm hole with two Ø 6mm fixing holes. Removing the key isolates the battery and prevents unauthorised starting. A replacement key, BMS-06K, is available from Ionnic on request.
