Pressure Switch 15psi Dual Circuit Adjustable 14-24psi for Hobbs 76072, 76077
The APS 14.24D is an adjustable pressure switch for universal automotive, industrial and plant applications, supplied pre-set at 15psi and adjustable anywhere across 14-24psi. It is a direct replacement and an upgrade for the discontinued Honeywell / Hobbs 5000 Series switches it supersedes.
The body is stainless steel and reinforced polyester with a Kapton/Teflon dual diaphragm, so it copes with air, water, oil and fuels or hydrocarbons across -40°C to +120°C. It is supplied with a Deutsch plug and socket on a bare-ended harness, which makes installation a plug-in job rather than a wiring exercise.
This is the dual circuit version. The set point sits on the normally open circuit; the normally closed circuit activates at 10psi (±2psi) below the set pressure, and that offset can be adjusted manually. That lets one switch drive two functions – a warning at one pressure and a shutdown or second stage at another.
