Description
The Trumeter 7932 is a six digit electronic single preset predetermining counter housed in a 1/16 DIN panel case. It combines a totalising count display with a programmable preset and relay output, so a machine can be stopped, indexed or signalled automatically once a target count is reached.
A supertwist backlit LCD shows the running count on the main display with the preset on the lower display, and all programming is carried out from the front panel — no external programmer or PC software is required. Pre-scaling allows the counter to accept either quadrature or unidirectional inputs and convert raw pulses into engineering units, and the decimal point is programmable to three places.
The 7932 runs from 85–265V AC or 10–26V DC and provides a 12V DC sensor supply when AC powered. Reset can be automatic, manual or electronic through an NPN or PNP input, and all settings are retained for up to 40 years with no power applied. It carries CE, UL and cUL approval, and is the same counter used in the Trumeter 2630 Digital. The 7922 is the equivalent dual preset version.
Key Benefits
- Single preset with batch preset and relay output for automatic machine control
- Pre-scaling for quadrature or unidirectional inputs — count directly in engineering units
- Front panel programming, so no separate programmer or software is needed
- Backlit supertwist LCD shows count and preset together for at-a-glance setup
- Colon indicator illuminates while relay 1 is active, and relay 2 when in P2 Set mode
- 40 years data retention with no power — settings survive extended shutdowns
- Universal supply of 85–265V AC or 10–26V DC, with a 12V DC sensor output when AC powered
- CE, UL and cUL approved for use in industrial control panels
