Trumeter Amp Signal Conditioner for Direct AC/DC Current Measurement
The Trumeter Amp Signal Conditioner (SC-AMP-DIN) is a DIN rail-mount device that measures AC and DC current up to 5A direct, with automatic AC/DC detection. It suits industrial and commercial current monitoring where the conductor can be wired straight into the unit rather than through a current transformer or shunt. As a result, wiring stays simple for lower-current circuits.

Because the input auto-detects AC or DC, the same unit works whether the load is on a DC bus or an AC circuit. Therefore, it’s a straightforward fit for mixed-current panels without ordering separate AC and DC versions. For AC current measured through a current transformer, use the CT Signal Conditioner instead; for DC current measured through a shunt, use the Shunt Signal Conditioner.
Configuration and Installation
The unit clips onto standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and measures 72mm x 72mm x 61mm. It runs from a 12-24V AC/DC supply, and setup is handled through Trumeter’s free configuration software over USB.
The unit carries CE, cUL, UL, RoHS, and IP20 ratings, covering most industrial and OEM panel-building requirements without extra certification paperwork.
