Trumeter M1 Signal Conditioner for Multi-Function Industrial Monitoring

The Trumeter M1 (SC-M1-DIN) is a DIN rail-mount signal conditioner that measures current, voltage, or frequency from a single compact housing. It runs on a 12-24V AC/DC supply, so it drops into low-voltage control panels without a separate mains feed. As a result, one part number covers three measurement types instead of stocking a dedicated unit for each.

3-in-1 input: current (0-5A direct or up to 10,000A via CT), voltage (0-600V AC/DC), or frequency (2-400Hz)
Two configurable outputs: digital (open collector) or analog (4-20mA)
1.0% measurement accuracy
20-point non-linearization scaling for non-linear sensors
10 alarm setpoints with configurable digital output delays

Because the outputs and scaling are software-configurable, the same unit can be re-purposed as a site’s monitoring needs change. For example, use it to watch motor current on a pump skid today, then reconfigure it to monitor line frequency on a generator tomorrow. It is also cloud-ready, connecting to Trumeter Cloud via the optional IoT Gateway for remote monitoring.

Configuration and Installation

The M1 clips onto standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and measures a compact 72mm x 72mm x 61mm, so it fits inside crowded control cabinets alongside other DIN rail devices. Configuration is handled through Trumeter’s free software over a USB connection, so there is no need to order a pre-programmed variant. Therefore, one stocked unit can be configured on-site for the specific input, range, and alarm behaviour required.

The unit carries CE, cUL, UL, RoHS, and IP20 ratings, which covers most industrial and OEM panel-building requirements without additional certification paperwork.
