Trumeter Process Signal Conditioner for Variable Speed Drives and Process Transducers
The Trumeter Process Signal Conditioner (SC-PROC-DIN) is a DIN rail-mount device with a user-selectable input of 0-10V DC, 10-50mA, or 4-20mA. It suits variable speed drives, flow transducers, and pressure transducers where a single conditioner needs to handle whichever signal type the sensor or drive puts out. As a result, one part number covers multiple process control applications without needing separate hardware for each signal type.

Because the 20-point non-linear scaling is user-configurable, the SC-PROC-DIN can be matched to non-linear sensors that a simple linear conditioner can’t handle accurately. Therefore, it remains a good fit for tank level, flow, and pressure applications where the sensor output doesn’t track the process variable in a straight line.
Configuration and Installation
The unit clips onto standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and measures 72mm x 72mm x 61mm. It runs from a 12-24V AC/DC supply, so it shares power with the signal conditioners already on the same board. Setup is handled through Trumeter’s free configuration software over USB, and the same unit can be redeployed to a different process input by changing the configuration rather than swapping hardware.
The unit carries CE, cUL, UL, RoHS, and IP20 ratings, covering most industrial and OEM panel-building requirements without extra certification paperwork.
