Trumeter Power Signal Conditioner for Single, Split & Three-Phase Monitoring

The Trumeter Power Signal Conditioner (SC-PWR-DIN) is a DIN rail-mount device that measures power, voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and THD across single-phase, split-phase, and three-phase networks (1P2W, 1P3W, 3P3W, 3P4W). As a result, one unit covers switchboard monitoring jobs that would otherwise need separate meters for each network type.

Because CT and PT ratios are configurable in software, the same unit can be applied to a small distribution board or a large three-phase switchboard without ordering a different model. For example, use it to trend energy use on a factory main incomer, then redeploy a spare unit on a sub-board. Modbus RTU output means it also drops straight into an existing BMS or SCADA network via the APM Gateway and Trumeter Cloud.

Configuration and Installation

The unit clips onto standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail and measures 72mm x 72mm x 80.6mm, a little deeper than the single-input signal conditioners to accommodate the extra measurement circuitry. It runs from a 100-277V AC supply at a maximum 2W consumption, so it can be powered from the same board it is monitoring. Therefore, no separate low-voltage supply is needed for most switchboard installations.

The unit carries CE, cUL, UL, RoHS, and IP20 ratings, covering most industrial and OEM panel-building requirements without extra certification paperwork.
