Description
The DEUTSCH P10-6-12K is a 6-way HD10 flange mount connector kit with HD10-6-12P and HD16-6-12S mating housings. It includes nickel-plated solid size 12 pin and socket contacts, sealing blanks and a contact removal tool for harness assembly and repair.
The square-flange receptacle supports panel mounting, paired with the cable-side plug for a serviceable connection on compatible vehicle and equipment wiring. Panel hardware and gaskets are not included.

Selection & Installation
The supplied HD16-6-12S plug is the standard version without a coupling ring. It is not the HD16-6-12S-B010 ring-equipped variant. Match both housing part numbers, keying, cavity arrangement and rear accessory style before ordering. Confirm that the conductor fits the supplied contacts and the insulation diameter suits the standard seals.
Crimp the solid contacts with suitable tooling, insert from the rear and check retention. Seal unused cavities with the supplied blanks. Follow the HD10 application instructions and inspect the finished connection. Wire, crimp tools, backshells, dust caps and mounting hardware are not supplied.
