Description
The ECCO ED3802 is an ultra-thin, multi-colour LED directional warning light from ECCO’s ED3800 Series. One 9 mm-deep housing carries two, three or four LED colours, so a single light can switch between warning colours – for example amber for roadside work and red/blue where permitted – without fitting extra lights. It fits on grilles, bumpers, tailgates, toolboxes, cab panels and headboards where a bulkier warning light would not.
Dual-colour versions have 12 LEDs and up to 69 flash patterns, tri-colour versions have 18 LEDs and up to 24 patterns, and the quad-colour ED3802BAWG has 24 LEDs and 22 patterns, all behind a clear polycarbonate lens with curved end optics for off-angle visibility. Every ED3802 runs on 12–24 VDC, with SAE J595 Class 1 ratings on the amber, blue, red and white colours (ECE R65 and California Title 13 Class B on most dual-colour versions – see each version’s details above).
Up to eight units can be linked on the sync wire to flash simultaneously or alternate in Phase 1 and Phase 2, so the ED3802 can be combined with ED3801 single-colour lights and ECCO beacons to build a complete warning package. The aluminium housing is sealed to IP67 and IP69K for high-pressure washdown, and ECCO backs it with a 5-year warranty.
