Description
The Cole Hersee M750 is a dual battery selector and disconnect switch for any vehicle or vessel with two batteries, where one starts the engine and the other powers auxiliary loads. It is common in trucks, boats, RVs, police and rescue vehicles, ambulances and fire equipment.
Four positions let the operator turn both batteries off, run on battery 1, run batteries 1 and 2 together in parallel, or run on battery 2. Combining the batteries provides backup starting power in cold weather or an emergency, and either battery can be selected for charging.
In the off position the switch also provides battery disconnect, protecting against electrical fire, tampering, theft and battery drain. It has a high-impact engineered plastic case and knob, heavy-duty 3/8″ copper stud terminals, and is rated 310A continuous and 500A intermittent, UL 707B.
