Description
The DEUTSCH P14-5-16K is a 5-way HD10 inline connector kit with HD14-5-16P and HD16-5-16S mating housings. It includes nickel-plated solid size 16 pin and socket contacts, sealing blanks and a contact removal tool for harness assembly and repair.
The inline receptacle suits a serviceable cable-to-cable connection on compatible vehicle, agricultural and industrial equipment wiring.

Selection & Installation
The plug uses a bayonet coupling ring for connection and disconnection. Match both housing part numbers, keying, cavity arrangement and rear accessory style before ordering. Confirm that the conductor fits the supplied contacts and the insulation diameter suits the standard seals.
Crimp the solid contacts with suitable tooling, insert from the rear and check retention. Seal unused cavities with the supplied blanks. Follow the HD10 application instructions and inspect the finished connection. Wire, crimp tools, backshells, dust caps and mounting hardware are not supplied.
