Description
The ECCO EW3420 combination utility bar puts a high-intensity amber LED Safety Director™ and a powerful white worklight in a single 1275 mm aluminium housing. Exclusive dual-function optics let the same bar direct approaching traffic around a stopped vehicle, then illuminate the work area behind or in front of it once the job starts.
Five-watt LEDs deliver up to 36,695 candela in white and 6,500 candela in amber, with a beam distance of up to 381 m in white. Safety Director mode offers left, left solid, right, right solid, centre out, centre out solid, wig wag, alternating quad and alternating single flash, and a steady-burn amber mode is ideal for dust, fog and inclement weather. It runs on 12 VDC, drawing 10 A in white and 5 A in steady amber.
The EW3420 is IP67 sealed, rated SAE Class I and California Title 13 with CE marking and ECE R10 compliance, and has a weather-protected controller connection. Brackets are included for front or rear mounting, and ECCO offers a replacement controller box (ER3420CB), mounting kit (ER3420MK) and a 4.6 m extension harness (EZ3420-CBL). It is backed by ECCO’s 5-year warranty.
