Description
The Cole Hersee 75903 is a double-pole, single-throw (DPST) battery and field master switch. It disconnects the battery and, at the same time, the alternator or generator field circuit, so the charging system is shut down cleanly whenever the vehicle or machine is isolated.
Copper contacts and a chrome-plated lever give a rated 125A continuous and 1000A intermittent on the main battery studs, with the field terminals rated 20A continuous. The switch is multivoltage and suits 6V to 36V systems.
Two 3/8″-24 battery studs and two 10-32 field studs make wiring straightforward, and the 3/4″-24 mounting stem suits panels up to 6.5mm thick. The 75903 is weather resistant and has a make-before-break field contact.
