Description
Ionnic’s 2026 battery lockout kits give the latest Toyota HiLux, Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Super Duty the battery and starter isolation required on most mine sites, quarries and construction sites. Each kit is designed for its vehicle, pre-assembled and ready to fit with minimal engine bay modification.
Every kit includes a red battery isolator and a yellow starter isolator, each clearly labelled and lockable, so the vehicle can be fully isolated for servicing or the starter alone locked out while accessories stay powered. A 175A jump-start receptacle is built into every kit. Brackets are powder-coated steel and the harness uses 35mm² cable with protective conduit and terminal insulators.
