The Cole Hersee M55036BX toggle switch is a sealed, pre-wired SPDT toggle. It suits boats, 4WDs, and other gear exposed to water, dust, and vibration. As a result, it holds up in a wet panel where a standard open-back toggle would corrode within a season.

There are no separate spade terminals to fit, so the install is quicker and the joint stays dry. Therefore, most installers feed the leads through the panel first, then tighten the threaded bushing.
This compresses the O-ring against the panel face. For example, on an open helm or a trailer switch panel, this single seal point usually keeps the switch dry. It handles normal spray with no trouble.
